Refund policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

 • Exchange processing takes 5-9 business days.

 • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.

 • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

• Refunds are not available after the courier leaves.

 • Refunds can only be requested while the courier is still at delivery. 

• Refunds are available for damaged items. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
